We don’t believe in abdominal crunches, bicep curls or Bonsu balls. We don’t believe in power walking, steady state cardio or even isolation exercises. We don’t believe in giving our clients false hope!

We believe in

High Intensity, Constantly Varied, Functional Movements! We believe in providing our clients with challenging workouts! We believe that you only get out our training and diet what you put in. We believe in team work.

We aim to Educate, Motivate and Accelerate our clients towards their goals by working together as a team.



All our clients receive a free Training Manual covering topics relating to Fitness Training and Nutritional Advice. We also talk clients through each training session so they understand the rationale behind what we are asking them to do.


We are passionate about what we do, this is evident to all our clients. We will motivate you by goal setting, providing continued support and by utilising the ‘carrot & stick’ approach.


When we, as personal trainers and our clients begin working together we become a team. As a team, both focussed and determined, we work together to achieve our clients goals.

We believe all our workouts are scalable. What constitutes as High Intensity for one client might be totally different from that of another client. Your trainer will conduct a ‘baseline’ workout as part of your initial assessment; this will allow us to determine ‘your’ level of High Intensity and allow us to scale our training session’s accordingly.

We believe in providing our clients with a Constantly Varied approach to their work outs. This keeps the body guessing and ensures our client’s get continued progression. From a psychological perspective it also keeps our clients motivated as they will be unsure as to what to expect each time they meet their personal trainer. Preventing repetition prevents boredom!

We believe in incorporating Functional Movements. Smaller isolation movement’s burn less calories and have less crossover into everyday life. We utilise everyday movement patterns (Push, Pull, Rotation, Locomotion) as tools to generate bigger bodily movements which in-turn burn more calories and allow us ‘perform’ better in our everyday lives.
